Virtual Assistant

DBOS is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to work for a multi-award tourism business in Australia. The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate through multiple channels and organized in managing multiple tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer or make phone calls and email correspondence to clients/customers
  • Book and confirm travel reservations for customers
  • Provide information and customer service through calls, emails or chat
  • Manage blogs and social media accounts which includes responding to online queries
  • Organize and update database, records, reports and other administrative files needed
  • Collaborate with the client, team members or suppliers/vendors
  • Assist with special projects and other related tasks or duties as requested
  • Ensure confidentiality of information and documents

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven track experience as a Reservations Specialist or Virtual Assistant
  • Must have experience in taking calls and doing admin tasks
  • Must have experience with Australian and Travel campaigns
  • Must have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, and other systems or tools to ensure the efficient tracking and security of documents
  • Keen to details and well organized
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Preferably with Diploma in Business Studies/Management, Office Administration or any related field for this position
