Recruiter and Researcher (Sourcing)

The role of a Sourcer/Researcher is to support the company’s Recruitment Team in the identification and delivery of exceptional technology candidates to clients.


  • Responsible for the identification of relevant candidates within your technology specialisation (Australisia & globally)
  • Identify candidates for open ‘live’ recruitment briefs while also building networks and talent pools of future talent
  • Use tools including LinkedIn, Vincere (Onset Database), Lusha, SEEK, Google Boolean Search etc for identification and parsing of resumes
  • Proactively introduce relevant candidates to Principal Consultants
  • Continually grow talent pools across your specialisation in Vincere Research
  • Undertake research through social media mediums (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Twitter, Facebook, Github, Stackoverflow, etc)
  • Candidate Management including maintaining a scheduled call cycle to maintain working relationships with candidate contact networks / communities Administration
  • Proactively update and manage Onset Vincere Candidate database
  • Ensure the integrity of all information including updating of changes to candidate records including salaries, experience, consultant tagging and skills tagging
  • Promote the company’s mission and values
  • Adherence to the company’s Policies and Procedures
  • Participate in the review of operational processes and provide ideas

Job Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in the field of recruitment and sourcing for at least 3 years
  • Experience in Offshore recruitment is a must (direct contact with foreign applicants and have experience in conducting interviews
  • The candidate should have a background in technical hiring and have the confidence to identify the specific skills of the candidate
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR, Psychology or related field
  • Preferably has background in BPO or shared services settings (Australian campaign is an advantage)
  • People oriented and result driven
  • Excellent in sourcing and screening
  • Excellent in English communication both verbal and written
  • Computer literate (excellent in MS Office Word and Excel)
  • Must be a team player
  • Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
