Executive Assistant/Recruiter

DBOS is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work for one of the competent staffing company in Australia. Someone who is passionate about the job and seeks an exciting opportunity to be part of a young and dynamic team that can work as an individual but also collaborate with co-workers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and set an appointment for new clients using different leads
  • Assist in finding the right person for existing and new clients
  • Perform cold calls and make sales appointments
  • Manage diary and calendar to ensure booking of at least 3 new clients a day to increase business
  • Create Job Descriptions for clients with hiring requirement
  • Post Job Ads on all job boards or channels to attract candidates
  • Filter and schedule candidates to the office and conduct hiring process to select the right person
  • Facilitate client assessment and endorse to hiring manager for a final interview
  • Do reference checks, license checks and ensure that the portfolio is up to date
  • Manage business portfolio and acquire new clients to increase sales
  • Coordinate with the clients in updating hiring requirement and hiring progress
  • Complete client’s hiring requirements on a timely manner
  • Develop a professional calendar to ensure proper alignment with scheduled meetings and interviews
  • Create professional and eloquent emails and letters for internal and external clients of the organization
  • Ensure confidentiality of information and documents between the clients and candidates

Job Requirement and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Studies/Management, Human Resource, Psychology or any related field for this position
  • Minimum of 2 years proven track experience as an Offshore Recruiter or Executive Assistant
  • Must have experience in taking calls and doing admin tasks simultaneously
  • Must have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Job Ads, and Applicant Tracking System to ensure the efficient tracking and security of information
  • Knowledge in lead generation for B2B is an advantage
  • Keen to details and well organized in keeping documents
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadline
