Appointment Setter

DBOS is looking for an Appointment Setter that his highly motivated and competent. A candidate who is capable to develop good portfolio and help grow the business by acquiring clients.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective clients via email or phone
  • Manage database and schedule clients for appointments or demos with our Business Development Coordinator
  • Manage business portfolio and acquire new clients to increase sales
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly quota
  • Provide information about the company services
  • Document and update client information and record
  • Scan of documents and providing updates to the head office in Brisbane
  • Send supporting data or information for daily, weekly, and monthly report/li>
  • Build strong client relationships to repeat sales by focusing on client’s mission and vision

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Studies/Management, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field for this position
  • Minimum of 2 years proven track experience as an Appointment Setter
  • Must have experience in taking calls and doing admin tasks simultaneouslys
  • Exposure to Western Culture is an advantage
  • Must have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge in lead generation for B2B is an advantage
  • Keen to details and well organized in keeping documents
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadline
